Our Founder – Cem Ateş

Since 1998, I have gained extensive experience in various sectors such as banking, insurance, retail, and e-commerce. I have held various positions at leading companies in the sector, including Migros, Getir & BiTaksi, A101, Aktifbank, DenizBank, Citibank, HSBC, and Concentrix.

I graduated from the Faculty of Business Administration at Anadolu University. Additionally, over the years, I have completed numerous advanced training programs in areas related to the business world and human behavior, led by reputable institutions and experts.

My focus has always been on creating meaningful and measurable customer experiences. By understanding customer needs and behaviors at every touchpoint, I help companies build stronger relationships and develop value-driven service models.

In addition to customer experience, I offer consulting services in areas such as customer service, operations management, sales, post-sales processes, reporting & analysis, and collections. This enables me to contribute to improving companies' business performance through a holistic approach.

In 2024, I moved to Austria with my family. I founded the Powibe brand with the aim of contributing to business development, operational collaborations, and community-focused initiatives between Turkey and Austria.
